All of our remanufactured units are produced to B.S.AU257 specification, and are pressure tested for cracks and flaws prior to reprocessing. We DO NOT weld or crack repair porus castings and therefore all our castings are guaranteed crack free! All units are fitted with new parts e.g. valves, guides, seals, core plugs etc. Each units carries a full 12 month/12,000 mile warranty (whichever is the sooner). We also offer new cylinders heads complete with valves, springs, cam caps, collets, valve stem seals and in some instances camshafts and followers. Again all units are supplied with a full 12 month/12,000 mile warranty (whichever is the sooner). All cylinder head units are sold on an exchange basis, i.e. when you have fitted your new unit we will collect your old head. A small surcharge of £125.00 is applied but is fully refunded on return of your old unit whatever the condition.   STOP PRESS! TIMING BELT BREAK? BENT VALVES We can offer an efficient & professional repair of customers own cylinder heads. This can greatly reduce the price compared to an exchange unit. Your head will still be remanufactured to B.S. AU257 specification and all new parts & workmanship are guaranteed 12 months/12,000 miles On receipt of your damaged head we will inspect to ensure suitability for reprocessing and then give you a fixed price. You can then choose your build specification, i.e. head with valves or complete with camshafts & followers ready to fit. If for any reason your head were scrap & you did not wish to purchase an exchange head, our total charge for collection/inspection & return of unit would be only £25.00 + vat.
